What is Sex Therapy Qi Gong?
Sex Therapy Qi Gong is one of the DoSun series of Health Qi Gong forms. It is designed to improve and strengthen our sexual response.
Why?
Why do we sometimes lose our sex drive or our sexual response? We can divide the reasons into two main areas - physical and mental / psychological.
Physical problems that can affect the sexual response include tiredness and exhastion, overwork, disease, injury, side effects of medication and medical treatments.
Psychological problems include emotional states such as anger, depression, sorrow and grief. Fear can often play a big part too - fear of intimacy, fear of sexual failure, or fear triggered by bad past experiences.
Overall anything that can bring about Qi deficiency, disorder, dissipation, sluggishness, descent, disturbance or stagnation - all these Qi states can cause temporary or long term interference and weakening of the natural sexual response, and can make a person "sexually cold".

DoSun sex therapy Health Qi Gong works to improve the sex life, working on both the physical and psychological level. A good sex life brings harmony to a relationship.
All drives, including the sex drive, have to do with vital mental and physical energy (Qi). Qi Gong helps strengthen Qi, smooth the flow of Qi and balance the Yin Yang Qi movements in the body.
DoSun Sex Therapy Qi Gong is designed to help the body's energy and blood for the sex life - to relax and get rid of anxiety and fear while physically exercising and strengthening the inside of the body, especially the sexual areas.
For example we exercise the Hui Yin (perineum) with opening / closing movements, and we strengthen the lower stomach and lumbar regions, working on the Ming Men (opposite the naval) which are important to sex.
