Prevention and Wisdom
All our workshops and classes focus on prevention and wisdom from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) understanding and can be theoretical, practical or both.
The theoretical covers TCM approaches to mental health and how to use the wisdom of yin-yang philosophy to live a happy and healthy life.
The practical covers using Health Qi Gong and Tai Chi to rebalance the flow of Qi in our bodies to keep us strong and resilient both mentally and physically.
Combining the theory and practice gives benefits to the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of our lives. Workshops for mental health focus on:
- How TCM shows the connections between the organs and the emotions
- How mental and physical health interconnect so we can care for each with the other
- How our mental and physical energy affects our inner environment
- How the natural environment can affect our mental health - how some simple changes can bring profound results
- How to use the wisdom of yin-yang philosophy to bring harmony, peace and a balanced mind to prevent harmful extremes

- Health Qi Gong practical exercises to smooth the flow of Qi - regulating blood & removing stagnation
