Over the course of 10 sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qi Gong practices from Angela Tian Zhu.

Each class will involve slow, circular movements, mental concentration, breath control, relaxation, and meditation, all designed to help you build your internal energy.

You'll learn a series of new Tai Chi movements that you can practice on your own. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance from Angela.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these classes are for all ages and fitness levels.

Qi Gong Classes

Over the course of 10 sessions, learn Qi Gong tips to enhance mental and physical health. The practice of Qi Gong aims to enhance the quality of life by regulating the body's autonomic functions to an optimal state.

Qi Gong is best practiced slowly and gently, emphasising deep breathing and a tranquil state of mind. This holistic approach to energy exercise can significantly contribute to vitality and overall health.
